Dale’s response was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did some research for comparable properties and advised us on the pricing and expected duration of the process.Most of Dale’s time estimates were pretty accurate and the pricing he recommended proved to be as well. When we received an offer Dale’s advice proved to be very helpful and the transaction with the sale and purchase of another property proceeded smoothly with no unnecessary delays.
Throughout the entire process Dale and his team at Century 21 were easy to deal with, and all aspects of the process were handled promptly, respectfully, and professionally.

I was so impressed with Tara! She was always professional and organized!
I started looking without a specific idea of what I wanted and she managed to narrow it down for me after the first time looking at houses, just from hearing what I liked and didn’t like as we went.Throughout the searching process, Tara was always pro active in letting me know of places I might be interested in seeing and always booked the showings around my convenience. I know that she is very busy, but she never rushed me or acted like she would rather be anywhere else than helping me.
Also, she was very nice and fun without being intrusive. Tara made the experience more fun than I would of imagined it could be, I would never use anyone else than her in the future.
My wife and I (both professional people), moved from Manitoba to Red Deer in mid 1998. While on a trip to the city to survey the job and housing market, Cindy and I were referred to Dale by a local businessman. It was an excellent referral, as Dale immediately met with us to assess our needs. At the time, I was a real estate Broker, designated appraiser and past property manager. Dale took us through the neighborhoods and houses we wanted to look at, and gave us an excellent view of the local market. We told Tara everything that we wanted, what we were willing to negotiate on and what we refused to live without. She managed to find a few places that met our expectations and took us to look at them. The third house she took us to,(I didn’t expect to like) we loved and had 3 of the 4 things we wanted. Tara helped us put our offer on the house and within a few hours, came out to where we were to help us sign the papers to make it ours…She worked with us to make buying our very first house smooth and memorable… The whole experience was amazingly easy and trouble free… She will be our only choice in the future..
